I AM in need of quality work from vanice and weijie!!!!!!! helpppp!!!
i can produce standard.. not very good.. work when i have samples to follow.

I CANNOT GET average work.. from both of them.. one look, i noe whether the work is good or not, or has alot of effort being put in it..
i dun mind if they cannot produce quality average work
but if thats the case, i think we 3 should sit down and discuss everything every segment together in order to produce quality average work
its either we do it or we give up
i noe it is veryyyy time consuming.. but there's no choce. we got only 3 weeks left
ok i noe where's the problem is.. and i noe the better solution.. but i dun have the talking skills to persuade ppl to take my idea of doing things..
and now.. vanice's phone is lost!!! good gracious.. communication will be more difficult man...
HEY i got responsibility in this project too..
its my fault that i am too emotionalised. i din put in any effort in the starting...
then leading to vanice cannot lead also muz lead.. then end up everything... not going smoothly.. i am not saying vanice is not good.. she tries and she got put in effort.. i am juz blaming myself that.. maybe if i had stepped in earlier.. things wouldnt be this way.. at least not that bad..
